Shuttle Info:

To help ensure a safe and stress-free celebration, we offer a complimentary late-night shuttle service from our venue to select hotels in the area choosen by the wedding couple.

Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in our parking lot overnight. However, we kindly ask that all cars be picked up by 11:00 AM the following day.

If our main parking lot is full, additional event parking is available at the very next driveway after our building. Look for signage to guide you!

For specific shuttle times, hotel drop-off locations, and to see if a pre-ceremony pick-up shuttle is also available, please refer to your couple’s wedding website. Shuttle arrangements may vary from wedding to wedding, so checking in advance is recommended.

Overnight Accomodations:

While we do not allow overnight stays in campers, RVs, or other vehicles on site, there are plenty of nearby hotels, resorts , campgrounds and lodging options to choose from!

We recommend checking with the couple or their wedding website for local stay suggestions.

Lost Items:

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Any items left behind will be placed in the Lost & Found bin behind the outdoor bar on the back patio and can be retrieved at your convenience.

If an item was lost on the late-night shuttle, please contact Bemidji Bus Lines directly at 218-751-5311.

Please note: We have outdoor security cameras in place. Anyone attempting to steal from the Lost & Found or access the building outside of event hours will be caught on camera and reported.

Pet Policy:

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on-site—either inside or outside the venue.
Wedding couples may bring their own dogs for photos only, if they wish. Guests are not permitted to bring pets.
Service animals are welcome and accommodated as necessary.

Accessible for All Guests:

Bluebelle is fully wheelchair accessible, including accessible entrances, restrooms, and main event spaces to help ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the celebration. We also offer designated handicap parking spots conveniently located near the venue entrance. 

We also have a golf cart available onsite to help transport guests to and from our outdoor ceremony spaces if additional mobility assistance is needed.

Bar & Alcohol Policy

Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the Bluebelle property, including the parking lot, vehicles, and surrounding outdoor areas. In accordance with state law, all alcoholic beverages must be served by our licensed bartenders.

We ask all guests to take this policy seriously. If outside alcohol is found on the property, the wedding couple will forfeit their entire damage deposit.

We accept both cash and card at the bar (please note there is no ATM on site), and IDs will be checked, so please plan accordingly.
